With the objective to support the development of Central & Eastern
European countries, the European Commission sponsored an in-depth study
carried out by InfoCom.
The main objective of the project was to understand the situation of these
markets in order to provide recommendations to develop the operational
and practical dimension of the European Commission with these countries.
