Global ICT assistance and consulting

InfoCom assists larger multinational groups and their subsidiaries as regards new implementations or expansion plans. In a fast changing world with an accelerating innovation rhythm within the ICT area it becomes more and more important that decision makers within those global players have adequate and substantial information at their fingertips in order to take the right decisions in an efficient way.

InfoCom has developed for such customers a service to monitor basic pricing of state of the art ICT solutions in a number of key cities/countries around the world.

This service has two main objectives:

  • To help financial departments of multinational companies in their budget planning by feeding them fast, up-to-date and realistic pricing information regarding the implementation of potential ICT solutions.
  • To help the purchasing and ICT departments of these multinational companies make a first selection in terms of relevant manufacturers and resellers in order to accelerate the selection and tender process.

We therefore regularly track technology and pricing for some pre-configured ICT solutions (IP-PBX, messaging, call centres, LAN, etc. — including installation and maintenance). For this service we maintain close contacts with a panel of value-added-resellers around the world.
