Call-centre off-shoring

The aim of this article is to briefly describe the off-shoring trends in the call-centre industry. First we take a closer look at three call-centre markets in Europe, namely Germany, France and the United Kingdom and describe their situation and perspectives. Then we examine three developing call-centre markets in Asia since it is one of the most attractive destinations for IT and call-centre off-shoring at the moment. More...
