WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network), or Wi-Fi, is becoming increasingly available at home, at the office and at public hotspots. WLAN has been seen as the technology that enjoys the most positive forecasts already for several years and it is true that the market for public WLAN is still developing and many different types of players are emerging.
