Telecom operators and IT software services market in Germany - Example of ECM applications

This article presents first some of the characteristics and trends of the German IT services market, in particular with regard to professional software applications. In a second stage the example of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) applications is analysed somewhat more in depth.
