Top mobile phone manufacturers


Around 805 million mobile phones were sold in 2005, i.e. a 21% growth on 2004. This amounted to revenues in excess of $100bn, making thus mobile phone the largest telecom equipment segment by far. In this article we highlight who the main mobile phone manufacturers are in 2005 and how their revenues evolved in the past years.
