Snapshot: Breakdown between national and international revenues for the Top-5 Western European telecom groups


The present article shows the revenue split between domestic and international businesses of the Top-5 Western European incumbents at the end of 2006. The Top-5 ranking is taken from an InfoCom research on the top operators per region based on published revenues for 2006. For most groups, international revenues are growing, in absolute terms as well as proportionately, as heightening competition and market saturation in their domestic markets are driving prices down and thus making national revenues grow at a slower pace or even decline.
